Step 1

Add the silken tofu,  cocoa powder,  maple syrup, vanilla and water  to a food processer, blender or similar.

Whizz until completely smooth.

Decant the pudding into your chosen serving dishes and chill until required... It's that easy and quick! For an even faster instant pudding chill the silken tofu before blending.
