Vegan Peppermint Creams! Perfect for Halloween...

Only 3 Ingredients! And no baking!

Icing sugar/Powdered sugar Aquafaba (drained water from can of chickpeas) peppermint essence Optional decorations

That's it! So simple...

First sieve icing/ powdered sugar...

Whisk aquafaba (water from can of chickpeas!) 

Mix aquafaba  into  the icing sugar, along with peppermint essence...

Press into a smooth ball...

Roll out thin...

Stamp out  circles...

Allow to sit and dry overnight...

Optional:  Melt vegan dark chocolate  and  dip the peppermint creams...So tasty!

Decorate frightful images with vegan cake pens or icing!
