Vegan Pumpkin Spiced Fruit Loaf Cake! The Best And Easiest You'll Ever Bake!

First add dried fruit to pan, along with vegan margarine, sugar and plant milk. Stew for 10 minutes.

Once cool mix through pumpkin or apple puree. Add flour and spices to bowl.

Stir through the stewed dried fruit mix into the flour and spices.

Scoop the mix into a loaf pan.  This is a tasty big cake so you'll need a 2kg/ 2 Ib/ 2 quart capacity pan.   Bake for 50-60 minutes. 

Cool in pan for 20 minutes before carefully tipping out to cool..
