Roll out the dough and stamp into rounds with a cookie cutter....

Cook the Welsh cakes on a hot skillet, hotplate, pancake/crepe maker, non-stick fry pan/bakestone or similar... Cook each side for 4-5 minutes until golden and risen a little...
Place the cooked vegan Welsh cakes onto a wire rack and sprinkle with sugar... Enjoy warm with a pat of vegan butter melted over each cake...Or chilled with a dollop of fruit jam...
