Vegan Trail Mix
Vegan Trail Mix is the perfect go-to snack for those times of the day when you need a quick energy-boost.
Also ideal for on-the-move snacking, trail walking, climbing mountains, and post-workout.
Vegan trail mix is packed full of plant-based goodness and tastiness!
1 cup, Or brazils, almonds, pecans etc. Chop in half's or quarters.
3/4 cup. Or dried coconut chunks.
1/3 cup. Or cranberries, sultanas, currants
1/3 cup, Chopped into half's or quarters
1/2 cup. Or dried apricots or papaya. Chopped.
vegan chocolate chips
or a block of vegan chocolate chopped into pieces.
Mix all ingredients and add to an airtight container.
If kept dry this trail mix should keep well for many months.
***Please note in the UK a one cup measurement equals 250ml***
