Vegan Lunch Recipes

This is our collection of traditional lunch recipes re-made with vegan friendly ingredients although my family sometimes enjoy these recipes for dinner too as sometimes soup and a sandwich is what you fancy!  We've got a mix of soups, sandwiches, and salads, plus some tasty toppings for your toast or bread. We like to keep it old-fashioned but delicious enough for modern tastes with recipes such as  Creamed Spinach on Toast, Chickpeas on Toast, and Homemade Baked Beans. If you like soup, we've got a lot to choose from, like our easy and quick Traditional Scottish Lentil Soup, and this Budget-Friendly Tomato Soup. For something light and fresh we do highly recommend our take on an Italian Bread Salad.
